How Moldovan Government failed the European Union-Moldova Action Plan

Finally I was able to finish the editing of this Discussion Paper 2 study, which was translated from Romanian. It took a while since I did not have enough time at my disposal to do it quicker. However, now it does look decent enough to be read by those interested in the subject.

The Romanian paper was published in January 2008 by the Chisinau-based Institute for Development and Social Initiatives (IDSI) “Viitorul”. Now I am getting online its English translation, carrying the title “EU-Moldova Action Plan: An Unfinished Task or a Complete Failure?”.

The English version is providing more explanatory details, given it is targeted at a foreign audience that is less familiar with Moldova’s realities than the domestic public. There are few things in this version that were not included in the original and among them are the responses to the feedback that I received.

In case that for some reason the file stored on my blog cannot be dowloaded, here is the link to the same file posted on the IDSI website.
